Our Story

We are a small family run window cleaning business which started in the village of Rotherfield, but have since moved to Furner's Green, about five minutes from the National Trust Sheffield Park and Gardens.

Although we only started our own business recently due to lockdown, we have many years of experience in window cleaning and domestic cleaning.

We pride ourselves on our excellent standard of work which has been evidenced by a growing number of very happy customers.

The properties we clean range from old Tudor Cottages to Modern Builds, even including elaborate architectural Home Builds.

BT Mail's Anti-spam Issues

It appears that some of our customers do not receive our email notifications, but instead they are put in a ‘Spam’ folder. This appears to be a problem in common among customers using BT Internet.


To fix this known issue, please check your ‘Spam’ folder for emails from theholliescleaning@gmail.com (sent via our Squeegee platform). Once you find the message, select it and click on the “Not Spam” button (Alternatively, you can drag and drop the email back into your Inbox).


This tells your email provider that you're happy to receive this email from us and they will eventually send it to your Inbox instead of automatically putting it in your Spam folder.


Marking a message as "Not spam" won't necessarily guarantee that future email messages from us will be put into your Inbox, so we recommend you regularly check your ‘Spam’ folder as sometimes emails you are expecting may end up there.


To improve the automatic filtering, you can also add our email address (theholliescleaning@gmail.com) to your contacts directory and also to your 'Safe Senders List'.
